I have no interest whatever in either scheme but it has occurred to me that you may avail yourself of the latter charter if you feel inclined, and if so, I would recommend you to put yourself in communication with my friend Darby Bergin Esq MD, M.P for Cornwall whose address will be at that place, as our duties here will be ended for the Session by next Monday or Tuesday, I hope the years have passed lightly over yourself and yours, and with kind regards to your family circle, I remain Yours very truly, J.B.
