Atty 20 Wassau St NY Dear Sir, We have written to Edmonds & Ransom three times requesting them to clear the records of Story Co. from the judgment lien for costs in case of T C Durant, which they say is paid, when they were attornies - They have promised to do it, but we cant find that they have done it. [Wittvers?] & Wright, Des Moines, give no satisfaction in the case when they were Att's - All of which prevents [settlement?] of the sale of Dec 28 '74 to T C McCall 240 acres Story Co. for $1,200 - Yours truly Coffin & Henry
