Atty 20 Nassau St NY Dear Sir Yours of 3d inst recd. with copy of Sargent's deed for land at "Norman's Woe"- I will ascertain how much land there is and think I can find a customer, though everything in the real estate line is "dead as the devil" - You might give me some idea of what you would sell at and I would work on it more understandingly - I know a real estate agent who is well [puted?] in value of property along that shore and will get his ideas - Yours truly Jno.
