Boston, Feby 9 1876 H C Crane, Esq, Atty. Dear Sir, Haven't you got the old deeds referred to in the copy you sent? Viz Oliver Younger - John C Knowlton & Barrett L Knowlton - Benjamin Adams and George Gilbert - and from Daniel Butler (four) all to Adison P Burnham and Thomas P. Gentler - and Deed from said Burnham & Gentler to Curtis C. Cressy - said Cressy being Sargent's grantor - What I wish to get at is a more particular description, so that the tract can be identified - I have a Plat of Mrs Mary Sargent's land (Geo. B's widow) which shows a tract which I am told lies adjacent to yours - that plat shows 9 67/100 acres & 9 67/100 acres = 19 34/100
