Dear Sir Mr. Durant wished me to enquire of you regarding a Mr James Bardon of Superior, Wis There is some taxes past due on a quantity of Land in that State, & He wishes to pay them through some responsible party - Have you any connection in that part of the Country or is there any one that you could recommend to attend to the business - We understand that the property will be sold again this March for taxes in arrears - Will you please let me hear from you soon - Yours truly H.
