Rice. [?] [?] a tea cup full of rice - boil it [?] [?] in milk, strain off the milk, lay the rice in little heaps on a dish. [?] over them some finely powdered sugar and Cinnamon, I put more mine and a little butter into the dish. Apple Cheese Cakes 1/2 lb Apples grated 1/2 lb Loaf sugar [?] 1/4 lb butter melted - 4 Eggs leaving out 2 whites and the rind and juice of a lemon, the rind to be grated.
