50 For Sprains Half a Dracham of Champhor half a Cracham of refined Sugar pounded very fine in a Mortar with ten Drops of Spirit of Wine six blanched almonds pounded fine, add by degrees half a pint of cold soft Water, then pour it into a Phial. Dose take three tablesponsful of the above mixture three times a Day [illegible] [left margin] from John Stables of ascot Heath - R Pul Rufi - q 1 - Calomel - qr.XX well mixed together in a Mortar and divided with XX pills of which take one or two as occasion requires at Bedtime HL [left margin] Dr. Llynn's Pills aperient R.
