Monday July 18th 1881. I got up very early to do the washing and by ten oclock it was all done and the house cleaned up. I laid down awhile before dinner. Bridget and her Mother were here for Ida's clothes. I finished knitting the edging for my flannel skirt this afternoon. Went up town in the evening and I saw Lee up there in the buggy and he brought me home. I brought a bowl and pitcher I got for Hatt the last time I was up before. Tuesday July 19th 1881. I did the ironing and some baking this forenoon, and helped some on a dress Mrs Barnes is having made. Mother and May came over to spend the afternoon and I went over home. I was busy every minute I was there. I helped Bridget some about her calico dress and got some things together I wanted to bring over with me. Rob brought me back after supper. I do not feel well at all. I put mustard plaster on my side which helped me
