6 Punch for immediate use The juice of two Seville Oranges two Ladles of Sugar in lumps 4 Ladles of Rum and [three?] of boiling water 7 [Ramakins?] 3/4 lb of the best Cheshire Cheese beat it well in a morter put in about a 1/4 lb of butter beat it with the yolks of three eggs and not quite the white of one. 2 handfuls of Crumbs of bread and a little flower beat them together with 3 or 4 spoonfuls of Milk. When beaten enough take little thin slices of bread and spread them upon it and bake them top and bottom
