pint add half a pound of loaf sugar it must boil till quite thick. 31 Whipt Cream Whip up a pint of cream or according to the size you want melt a little Isinglass in water add to it the juice of a lemon and to this mix whatever fruit or sweetmeat you like about a large tea cup full of Isinglass is enough then mix it with a whip which should be substantial and put it into the mould The whip should be made over night to give time for the Isinglass to settle in the mould.
