63 Very good Rice Cake. Julia Bethme: 4 ounces of ground Rice 3 ounces of flour eight ounces of loaf sugar finely pounded 6 eggs with half the Whites the rind of a Lemon shreded very fine 4 bitter Almonds blanched and beaten a little Orange flower Water the whole to be beat together for about 20 minutes and to be put into the oven immediately after being put into the mould A little more than half an hour will bake it.
