64. To make a Yorkshire Cake. Take the whites of ten eggs put to them three spoonfuls of rose water then beat it to a froth with a whisk about a 1/4 of an hour put in one pound of fine sugar beat and sifted. the rind of a Lemon grated when it is all well mixed put in the juice of half a Lemon and the yellow of ten eggs make it smooth just before you put it into the oven stir in three quarters of a pound of flour one hour will bake it.
