New College Pudding A 2 penny loaf grated 4 ounce of beef suet and four ounces of mutton 6 ounces of scaled currants four ounces of fine sugar half a nutmeg a little salt the yolk of six eggs the whites of three a little brandy mix all well and boil the pudding half an hour a large spoonful of flour NB Sweet meats may be added 70.
