71. To preserve Moorella Cherries. Take them carefully from the stalks put them into large mouth bottles. to seven pound of fruit all three of Loaf sugar which must be made into a Syrup with a little juice of other moorella Cherries which when boiled must be poured over the fruit a small quantity of juice will be found sufficient at first as it will soon become the bottles must be kept in the cellar and shook every day till the fermentation is over and cook them down.
