if the yeast is stale the dough must be set before the fire to rise this makes 40 rolls. 92 Arrow Root Blanc Mange Boil 12 Bitter Almonds blanched & pounded in a quart of New Milk with some Lemon peel mix 3 Ounces of Arrow Root with a spoonfull or two of Cold Milk strain the boiled Milk on the Arrow Root & let it boil about 10 minutes stirring all the time sweeten according to taste put it in a mould hot & it will turn out stiff when Cold Half this quantity will be found sufficient for a moderate size Mould.
