Friday August 13th 1880 We worked on the muslin all day after I had practiced two hours in the morning. Mollie went home this afternoon. Saturday August 14th 1880 After practicing two hours in the morning I sewed on muslin all day and till in the evening. Weather terribly warm and the dust with out a paralel. Sunday August 15th 1880 I went to Sunday school and church in the morning and slept and rested all the afternoon. John was over to supper and he went over town with us girls in the evening to see if Mary would come and help us sew again. Weather cooler. Monday August 16th 1880 I washed this morning and then cut out some unbleached muslin to work at Hatt and I wrote to Bird and Charlie in the evening The carpenters come on slow with the house.
