afternoon getting as new tank made. I did some work about the house in the afternoon and sewed a little. Mother came home before supper. Will put the tank in after he brought it home. he went to town in the evening. Mother and I worked and talked. Lee is 28 years old today. Sunday March 30th 1890 weather rather pleasant. We got the work done up in nice shape and Will finished fixing the incubator this morning. The folks all came and we had a fine visit. My dinner was good too. Will went over to Marys after supper and I wrote awhile. Monday March 31st 1890 It was a bright morning and we got the washing done and every thing cleaned up before noon. As soon as we ate our dinners Mother and I went to town. Mother met Ott coming after her as Fanny is sick. she went on out there and I called on Mrs Lichty and Esther before coming home. It was late when I got the evening work done. I set the incubator today. Tuesday April 1st 1890 I ironed part of the things this morning and got an early dinner. Will and I went out to Mrs Songster's funeral at one oclock. From there we went on out to the West farm to see how the men were gotting on with the house. After we came back went on over to see how Fanny was. It was late when we got the evening work done. Wednesday April 2d 1890 I finished the ironing and worked about all forenoon. After dinner Will took me down to see Lizzie. Then we went on over to see how Fanny was. Grandma was there. Brown came last night. Will took a load to the farm in the forenoon. Thursday April 3rd 1890 I hurried to get through my work to go down to Robinson but it rained so Mother could not get home nor I could not go. Will and I went over to Mary in the afternoon after the rain was over. Rob would be thirty six years old today if he were alive. I read in the evening.
