January, SUNDAY, 19, 1862. This is by far the most pleasant Sunday we have had for some time We all went to the U.P. Church Unkle and Aunt made rather an imposing appearence to day Unkle Dan and myself did not Intend to be but we had to go. Mr. Wilson took for the Foundation of his remarks the 16th verse of the third Ch of 2nd Timothy. I went to sleep and did not hear all of his Discourse I suppose I will have to spend the Ballance of this day in the House sleeping or reading or something else this would be a nice day to sleigh ride iff I only had a rig and a woman but I will do the best I can
