January, MONDAY, 27, 1862. It still continues to storm & snow this morning but I managed to get to the store pretty early and fix for business for we are going to take an Invoice of our Stock this week we have got along finely Invoicing our stock of goods I feel as though I would like to go out Calling to night but I believe I shall not. I have staid in this town pretty near long enough and I feel as though I would like to move but I know not where to go to better it it is 8 o'clock at night and all Vanburen County have just arrived and where am I to sleep some propose that I will have to go to Fultons and I think that will be a very good Idea.
