February, TUESDAY, 11, 1862. As I expected I went out Calling last evening but there was so many other Callers at the same Place that I could not make myself so free as usual but notwithstanding I did pretty well but I will try and make it pay better the next time. this is a very windy day I think my Unkles were wise in going to make their visit yesterday I feel all right this morning and think I will Call on some of the Ladies this evening. This is a warm day and the snow is Leaving very fast and I think the sleighing is about gone up the spout but I am pretty well satisfyed and I dont care how soon
