February, SATURDAY, 15, 1862. The weather is a little more moderate to day than usual and business is a little more lively to day. I was at a Taffy Party last night and had a good time of it We swelled round pretty largely and burned the Taffy pulled it and snatched it from one another till it was not worth much Last night was pretty cold. Yesterday I received Two valentines whitch was very Interesting Indeed I have a very good idea who they came from and I shall call on them in a few evenings and talk to them about the matter.
