March, THURSDAY, 13 1862. A very Pleasant day this T.P. Moore was married to day to Miss Mallet I it a very good Match I received a letter from my Brother to day whitch contained very good news A small note also from Miss Maggie also a letter from my Unkle in Ohio This Family have all got religion I hope it will do them good for they stood greatly in need of it I think we had Intend] to serenade T.P. Moore to night but it is to muddy our Folks are all well but Emily She is worse than usual Nothing doing in the way of selling goods to day ok but I wish the times would get good again Iff not soon I will go to California
