March, SUNDAY, 16, 1862 This is one of the Prettiest days we have had we all went to Church to day Mother and I went to O.P. Church The Rev Shearer Preached from the first verse of the 22nd Ch of Revelations He gave us one of the best sermons that He has Preached here yet. Mr Ball will be buried this evening at half Past 3 o'clock There will be servises at the House Previous to the Buryal. After the Funeral was over Johnathan and I went to the store and smoked a couple of sigars and then went to Church again and heard another discourse from the 7 ch Revelations Smoked a couple more sigars and then came home and now I am ready for bed..
