March, WEDNESDAY, 26, 1862. This is another very nice morning and the mud is drying up very fast we had several young Ladies at our House night and had I been so sleepy I could have enjoyed their company much better but I did the best I could under the circumstances I escorted a couple of them Home and it was so dark that we got in the mud pretty badly there is to be an exhibition of what our schollars has Learned at College the Last term I think I shall attend and hear what they have to say for themselves In consequence of there being an Exhibition our regular prayer meeting is put off to night.
