April, TUESDAY, 1 1862. A very Gloomy morning this and raining again It seems to me that we will never get Clear of the mud, I do not think there will be many people in Town to day, It is scarcely worthwhile to keep the store open to day, It is now got on in the evening Unkle has been at the Desk all day and now he is gone over to get the mail I hope they may have a letter for me I did not go out Calling as was expected Last night but think I will this evening Mr Lovejoy from Boston Just called in to see us He is a very fine looking man He will try and sell us a bill of goods tomorrow, ...
