April, MONDAY, 21, 1862. The weather is rather cold this morning for the time of year I think the ground is dry enough this morning for sowing Wheat and not seeing very many People in Town I think they must be at it- we have sold no goods today yet. The mail Brought no additional war news this evening Lieut Scofield came in on the train to day He was wounded in the Late Battle at Pittsburgh Ten, I have not been at the office to see whether there ware any letters came I have some notion of going out calling this evening.
