April, TUESDAY, 22, 1862. Rather more Pleasant this morning Miller and his Lady start for Ohio to day they made a very short stay but I think it is his best Plan to go back for times are very dull here at this time. Unkle & I were out calling Last night we had a good time. It is now about Car time and we are having a sorrowful time down at home In consequence of Miller & His Lady starting for Ohio I am glad I am not down there to see them. The mail brought no more war news this evening some of the wounded arrive almost every day. no letter for me this evening.
