June, TUESDAY, 24, 1862. This is a moderately warm day nothing mutch doing in the store to day Mr. Cleaves & Lady & Mrs. Kyle started for the State of Main to day they Intend to spend the summer in Main and come home in the fall, We are getting our old House to day they are Jacking it up We want to get it fixed up. tomorrow I want to write to my mother, Iff I have time, I will have new sleeping quarters now over at Mr Cleaves I dont fancy it very much but any way to accomodate I dont care.
