June, THURSDAY, 26, 1862. Another very wet and disagreeable morning the ground is very wet and it has the appearence of raining more I had a good nights sleep last. I feel pretty weell to day I wish it would quit raining for it looks so gloomy but we cannot have sun shine all the time it turned out to be a very nice day after all. We just finished raising our house to day. it looks one half better. I feel pretty well this evening and I would like to go out calling this evening but In order to keep well I must keep in.
