July, SUNDAY, 20, 1862. This is a very fine morning but exceedingly warm I have been to hear a sermon this morning by Rev Shearer He gave us an excellent discourse and one every way worth our cosideration. I shall go to hear Mr Presley this evening his subject as I understand is on the change of the Sabeth. Well I have heard that sermon and I am satisfyed that the advents stand no chance of establishing their doctrines I heard him in the evening again and he Just literally used theirs up so their is nothing of theirs and they have pulled up their stakes and left
