July, THURSDAY, 31, 1862. It is very clear and hot this morning and I think we will not mutch trade to day we will have plenty of reading master thank the Lord for we have the Waverly and a Journal or two, no special news from the war Departm this country in my estimation is gone up the spout so we need not trouble our head mutch more about it. Soldiers are returning every day Some of them sick some cripled and various other ways, it is a most tremendous warm this evening,
