May the 1 I am once more permited to pen a few lines to my long absent boy for it seems that I have long neglected writing to you it has been nearly 1 month since I wrote to you last but I will write to you oftener for the futur we are all well and Father and I and Fran went to see Milo yesturday in their new home they are vary plesantly situated in their new home and are antisipating on seeing you home this summer or at least next fall Milo says how mutch we shall all enjoy his company and we all thought that Delass was coming home but alas when it seemd that he was all most to the door when the sad inteligence was sounded in our ears that he must die no one can know what our feelings wer unless they have passed through the same trial I recievd you letter of April 19 and was vary glad to here from you and to know that you were enjoying good health
