Camp 154th N.Y.. Vols Lookout Valley Tenn. Tuesday April 5th 1864 Dear Brothers Willey and Frank, I should like to stop in and see you this day, or should like to have you step in to my shanty and eat dinner with me and stay a day or two wouldn't we have fun alive. we would take my gun and go up on Lookout Mountain and shoot a Turkey Buzard or a Deer I guess you are making Sugar some now and I guess you are eating some too, that would be natural you know for me you know if I was there. I hope you are both good boys and trust you are for you used to be. I hardly know what to write
