Wednesday June 15th,, 1864 The Ambulances moved about noon and the Doctor sent me to the Division Hospital soon the wounded began to come from our Regt,, sixteen came where I was stayed there all night, our Regt cut up bad. Thursday June l6th,, 1864 The Hospital moved about a mile towards the front and there we found three or four more of our Regt Arthur Wright of Co. C died today of a wound in the side. I begin to feel better today. Cap't. Crosby of our Regt,, today. Friday June 17th,, 1864 The enemy fell back in front of our corps last night quiet this morning. I feel about the same. Saturday June 18th,, The Hospital broke up and I went up and stayed with Edgar all night very rainy heavy cannonaiding along the whole line today. Sunday June 19th,, Rain this A.M. The Rebels fell back again last night quiet this A.M. Rain P.M.
