I would like to know who the dastard is that is writing home about our Regiment being Demoralized and talks of disbanding. I will say this much without fear of contradiction that the 15th Regt has as full ranks (with one exception the 9th Ohio, which has 900 men for duty) and is under as good dicipline, can Stand as much hardship without flinching as any other Regiment in this department of the Army and whoever it is that writes such things is considered a Sore head by any of his Company, and just such as he or they are are just the ones who make demoralizeation in a Company or Regiment. I am surprised to hear that Bud Thatcher had the impudence to go to Liberty and show his parole although knowing the man as he is known in this Company, one should not be surprised at anything he could or would do.
