Mystery. Capt McCutcheon has resigned and will go home as soon as the paymaster makes his appearance. Lieut G. W. Riley tried to resign a few days Since on account of a disease contracted on Smoky row in Nashville and in place of Gen Rosecrans accepting his resignation he dismissed him from the Service. The Gen has no mercy on Officers who disable themselves by running after the Vimmens. And if a man wants to get out right bad all he has to do is to go on Smoky a few times and he can soon make it I dont want any of that in mine Andy
