Dear parents I received a letter you by {Withrow?] who arrived here the other day and was waiting for us he has tracked around considerable to find us we have been on a march since I wrote to you from near Tuscumbia we have been on the march some twenty days through Tennessee and Alabama we had a nother fight shortly
