THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 18, 1864. Cold. Men not got houses finished - Axes not sufficient Put up Tent-Stove in same ground muddy on account of heat in stove expect pay soon. FRIDAY 19 Fixing quarters Capt McCurdy Sick SATURDAY 20 Fixing quarters Capt some better. Received a Copy of charges filed against him also an appointment of Maj in the 10th O.V.C. A new recruit died in Co "K" last night.
