THURSDAY, MARCH 10, 1864. Arrived home at Revelee Roll Call - Went to Nashville on Cars per Order and Returned with Horses (127) at [Retreat?] Roll Call - we Co. "B" getting 35 Horses. and fine ones as we generally get fine weather, Plowing for spring Crops. FRIDAY 11 Engaged Making Papers and issuing ordnances all day and now my eyes hurt using them so constantly - Expect to move soon, Rec. 10 Sets of six mule Teams and Wagons. Fine Clear Balmy weather Grass has commenced growing Rec. Pay to Dec 21st 1864 SATURDAY 12 Issuing Ordnance to Co, very Busy Received notice to Report to Capt Mussey asst. Comsy. Muster U.S.C.T for appointment Drew Thirty Six (36) Horses
