FRIDAY, APRIL 15, 1864. Employed as usual. Review of Regt. by Col. Minty. Weather Pleasant appearance Good. SATURDAY 16 Unwell all day but feel better at night. No duty of any importance for me to do this day, The weather quite Cold for season of year and so far South. Ringgold Ga. Our Camp is a very fine site, at least while dry no Rain yet. SUNDAY 17 Spent day mostly in quarters Lt. Neill very sick Lt Parish [Released?] for duty by order of Maj. Sanderson having been under Arrest from the 1st Dec. 1863
