THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 17, 1864. Reached Cincinnati in time to take the train for Columbus 9 A.M. Stopped off at Dr. McCulloughs "Uncle" in order to have a rest found them all well - got something Palatable to eat - mush - FRIDAY 18 Tired but rested as well as could be expected. The Dr. giving me medicine to lull the pain and got clean clothes on SATURDAY 19 Started for Columbus early stopped at Osburn's took dinner and then took Cars for Zanesville met with my Cousin Chappelear took Supper at Dr Reamy's Cousin Geo Burch met us at Z- with a Conveyance and I went home with Cousin Chappelear - after night.
