October 28. Friday Castle Morgan Cahaba Alabama Draw rations daily - accommodations very poor, some of the Prisoners are needing clothing badly. I wrote a letter Home today 29. Saturday castle Morgan Cahaba Ala" Got orders to leave this Prison. Take passage on the steamer Coquette for Montgomery at 6 o'clock P.M. We are told will be exchange 30. Sunday On board the steamer Coquette bound up the Ala. River Landed at Montgomery 2 o'clock P.M. & go into camp
