NOVEMBER. 28. Monday Prison Camp near Black Shear Ga" Rebels in a strain about Sherman's movements Are doing their utmost to save savanah No Prisoners leave here to day 29. Tuesday The camp is being organised to day into companies of hundreds = Number of Prisoners in camp was 3900 = One 1000 of which went out to day and were sent off 30. Wednesday A Prisoner shot by a sentinel for encroaching on the dead line Our rations to day consists of corn meal & Molases 2900 Prisoners yet in camp
