1865 Continued 24th Layed in camp all day 25th Explosion of the Magazine at Mobile great loss of life and property several steamboats destroyed that was laying at the landing 26th received orders to move camp 27th Sarted at daylight and marched to the city and through it and camped on the South Side one mile from the city was on regt. guard 28th Sunday was relieved of guard in the morning company inspt. at 9 oclock.A.M. 29th layed in camp all day 30th " " " " 31st regimental inspt. at 5 oclock.P.M.
