June the enemy supposed to be leaving. 5th but very little fighting in our hearing the enemy on the retreat wrote a letter to Sister Gen McPherson's command moved past us to our left 6th 14th A.C. past us to the left but very little firing heard it is reported that Gen Hooker has taken a large amount of prisoners weather extremely warm 7th moved camp about five miles to the left
