sceins that strike the eye - here you behold a splended residence surrounded with all the luxerys of life - wanting nothing that wealth or good tast can do to render it plasant or comfortable - on the grassy flats and under the beautifull shade trees that surround it may he seen the bright faces of inteligent and happy Children at their evening sports - while evry thing around is Calculated to inspire the mind with high and noble thoughts - the passer by is Constrained to say - what a lovely spot shurly want and sorrow can never be felt here - but alas how soon a shaddow comes over those pleasant reflections - only a few feet distant and the eye is meet by a miserable hovel presenting nothing but poverty ignorance wretchedness and misery - with all their train of Consequences - the hart sickened at the sight - and you
