Form of acknowledgement by attorney for Granter required by laws of Iowa State of County } JJ Be it remembered, that on this -day- 186, before the undesign a Notary Public in and for said County, permanently came Henry [illegible] Grand, attorney in face for Hetoriz H. Durant one of the able named grantors, to me known to be an identical person where named is affixed to the face for [illegible] grantor, and acknowledged to same to be the voluntary act of deed of said grantor, by him as he attorney in face [therend?] appointed voluntarily deed and execute. [Where'en?] my [illegible] and Notary seen the day and year that above written.
