January 11t 1968 T.C. Durant, Esq. Dear Sir, Herewith I [illegible] you a/c current, with draft on Natl Park Bank for $1,974 18/100 in settlement. Also, schedule of notes in hand and descriptions of land unsold amt'g, actually the former, to $9,301 03/100 and the latter, by estimate, to $33,150 or a total aggregate value of your Iowa property of $42,451 03/100. All of which I hope will prove correct & satisfactory -- More than $2,600 of the notes [etc?] can be collected whenever Mr. Crane can get a Power of Attorney to release Mrs. Durant's dower, a form for which I sent him some weeks ago.
