June 6th - 1874 Henry C. Crane, Esq 20 Nassau St N.Y Dear Sir, As suggested in yours of 22nd inst , I enclose herein three warranty deeds for the Doctor, and yourself as attorney, for Mrs. Durant to execute and acknowledge in place of your three Bonds for Deeds, which I will return. The Deed for Bernard Flannagan is for the Bond given to John E. Risenburger which is [asigned?] to Flannagans. Please give this early attention & return the Deeds to me here. I believe you have an old deed to James Martin, dated Feb. 13, '73, which can be executed at the same time. Also that Plat of Maringo Lots, Yours Truly Jno. L. Coffin
