I enclose, for your execution & return, "? Piece" for ? Keeno, who has paid up for his Marengo lot. Yours truly Jno L. Coffin P.S. the certificate of the Clerk of the Court attached to Notary's certificate of acknowledgement, is not required for Iowa.
